Welcome to the Castleford Phoenix Theatre website. The Phoenix is an award winning proscenium style theatre in Airedale, Castleford, owned and operated by Airedale Academy, part of the Northern Ambition Academies Trust.

We offer some of the best live entertainment in the Five Towns Area with audiences coming from across Yorkshire and beyond to enjoy our shows.

We provide a range of events for all tastes and ages. These range from local dance schools to full musicals, live music, comedy, drama and much more.

The Phoenix is helping to bring the arts to the hearts of our community, as well as bringing excellent entertainment to the area.

Buying tickets for our shows is simple and easy. You can either book online, by telephone or visit our box office at the theatre.

Tue, Thu, Fri 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Sat 10am - 12:30pm
We are also open from one hour before the performance start time.

*We close the box office during school holidays.

Our House is a romantic 'Sliding Doors' parallel story that follows our hero Joe Casey and the different paths that life and love take him.
